It's that time of the year, the racing has shifted from the one-day Spring Classics to the start of the summer stage races and Grand Tours but nestled in between is a weeklong treat: a concentration of Road National Championships around the world.

National Championships in Australia and New Zealand took place at the start of the year, but the majority of European countries held their National Championships over the weekend, with a whole host of new champions crowned on the last weekend before the Tour de France.
