It's that time of the year, the racing has shifted from the one-day Spring Classics to the start of the summer stage races and Grand Tours but nestled in between is a weeklong treat: a concentration of Road National Championships around the world.

Some of the world's national champions have already been crowned, especially in the southern hemisphere. Jay Vine and Felicity Wilson-Haffenden won the elite time trials and Patrick Eddy and Mackenzie Coupland claiming the elite road titles at the Australian Road Championships. Finn Fisher-Black and Ella Wyllie took the time-trial titles, and George Bennett and Ally Wollaston the road titles, in New Zealand.
