The Tour de France is done, we've heard from all the protagonists, we've made our conclusions, and we've dissected plenty of what happened – but we're not quite finished yet.

With all 21 stages wrapped up, it's time to look at each team one by one, and review exactly how their Tour went. What did they achieve? Did they meet their stated aims? How can they improve for next year?
