USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Championships 2018 - Overview
The top cyclo-cross racers in the nation will line up for the chance to secure the stars-and-stripes jersey at the USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Championships on December 16 at the Joe Creason Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
The event will host races for all categories from December 12 to December 15, starting with the men's and women's non-championship category events on Tuesday, and moving on to the masters and collegiate categories on Wednesday through Friday. The younger junior categories will compete on Saturday.
Sunday will be reserved for the junior men, U23 women and men, and elite women and men.
The last US championships were this year in January in Reno, Nevada, where Stephen Hyde (Cannondale-Cyclocrossoworld.com) rode to his second consecutive elite men's title. In the women's race, Katie Compton won her 14th consecutive title. The Louisville event will mark the second cyclo-cross national championships of 2018.
