Lily Edwards (CCB p/b Levine Law Group) powered to her second straight US Road National Championships time trial title in the Junior Women's race in Charleston, West Virginia.

After finishing third last year, Emma Jimenez Palos (City Bikes Miami Racing) came in second this time around, 35 seconds slower than Edwards.
