Ruth Winder won the opening prologue at the Lotto Belgium Tour on Tuesday. Racing with the US National Team, Winder covered the 5km course in 6:48, beating runner-up Mieke Kröger (Germany) by less than one second, and her US compatriot Coryn Rivera by 12 seconds.
