Night 2 - January 22, 2000

Gerd Dörich and Erik Weisspfennig won the first 150 lap chase, a lap ahead of the more established riders. On the second 200 lap chase, Madsen and Lehmann were a lap ahead until 30 laps were left. Then the others attacked and it ended with Martinello and Kappes winning ahead of the Belgians with Madsen and Lehmann as third.

Etiene de Wilde won the derny race behind Joop Zeilard with Kappes, Risi and Madsen trailing in front of 10 000 spectators.
