With the main obstacle being the cat 1 Puerto de la Sia after 121 kilometres, stage 13 may prove unlucky for some, but very fruitful for others. There are several cat 3 climbs which shouldn't prove too much hassle for most riders, and the climbers will be saving themselves for testing time in the coming days.
