Stage 7 should provide some relief for those riders who found the previous day's climbing difficult, with four cat 3 mountains in the first half before a downhill run to a certain sprint finish. It'll be fast and furious and all things being equal there should be some fireworks at the finish in Vinaròs - and we're not talking about festival pyrotechnics here, either! Look for breakaway specialists to come to the fore and make the most of offerings before the mountains.
