The 2012 UCI World Cup continues with round 2 in Houffalize, Belgium, in mid-April. This World Cup is one of the first four, which will play a crucial role in qualifications of nations and individuals for the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Historically very popular among racers, the Houffalize venue will feature eliminator, cross country and four cross racing. It will be the first of the eliminator World Cups this season and also the first European World Cup of the season.
Houffalize returns to the UCI World Cup circuit after one year off - during which it was run as a UCI-categorized, non-World Cup event.
