Nine time Tour de France finisher Frankie Andreu will be a special guest at the Marymoor Velodrome association's dinner and fundraiser on March 10th in Mercer Island, Washington. The event will feature an auction to raise money for the upcoming season of youth and beginner programs at the velodrome.
