Kenny van Hummel (Skil-Shimano) won the fifth stage of the Tour of Hainan, making it two wins in a row for him and his Dutch team.

Van Hummel outsprinted Ivan Kovalev (Russia) and Jonathan Cantwell (Fly V Australia) in a dramatic finish in Haikou after 156.8km of racing. It is the fourth victory for Van Hummel this season and the 13th for the Skil-Shimano team.

Valentin Iglinskiy (Astana) holds a 20 second lead over Johnnie Walker (Footon-Servetto) with Kiel Reijnen (Jelly Belly p/b Kenda) a further three seconds down. There are a further four stages still to go.
