Tvetcov new time trial champion
Cioban finishes second
Serghei Tvetcov (Delma 2003) took individual time trial win at the Moldavian National Road Championships. His gold time was just with 0.7 seconds quicker than silver medalist Sergiu Cioban (VC Rouen 76).
Tvetcov was fourth in the Tour of Romania's general classification just two weeks before the national championships.
