Braico claims second
Oleg Berdos (Cardin Brisot Bibanese) claimed the Moldavian Elite Men Road Champion title, Sunday after a hot 160 km race. The win follows Berdos' 27th overall finish at the Under 27 Giro d'Italia, where he took fifth place on the opening stage.
Berdos won the national title from a five-man escape. He executed an impressive sprint up the finish climb to take the title ahead of Alexander Braico (Delma 2003) and Sergiu Cioban (VC Rouen 76).
