Wijnants undergoes surgery

Dolphin-Trek rider Tim Wijnants is out of competition for the next few weeks. The young Belgian had to undergo surgery on four teeth who got infected. His surgery comes after suffering through several races with pain in his teeth. He plans to resume competition at the Willingen Bikefestival.
