While the training camps and presentations of men's pro teams receive plenty of publicity during the winter months, women's pro teams such as Italian outfit Nobili Rubinetterie-Menikini-Cogeas and French team Proi Féminin du Genevois have also been busy with training and presentations.
Sporting new kit for 2006, Nobili have been out training on the roads around Versilia, and with a strong squad this year they'll be out to take some big results. Boasting the likes of Edita Pucinskaite and Marta Vilajosana (pictured) there's a spread of talent throughout the team which may help them to their best year yet.
In France, new women's team Team Proi Féminin du Genevois were presented in the Casino of St Julien en Genevois. Mixing some youthful talent with experience, the team will ride the French Cup races as well as some international meetings.
