Swiss national champion joins German squad on one-year deal
Swiss national champion Jennifer Hohl will join Equipe Nürnberger Versicherung in 2010. The 23-year-old has signed a one-year deal with the German women's squad and will leave Swiss team Bigla at the end of the current season.
"This is a great thing for me," said Hohl. "Nürnberger is a world class team and I've wanted to race with them for a long time. Now that I've signed with the team, I will head into next season full of motivation."
Hohl turned professional in 2006 and has raced with Bigla for the past four seasons. She claimed her second successive national title at the Swiss championships in June.
"We are delighted to have Swiss champion in our ranks," said Nürnberger's Herbert Oppelt. "Both as a person and as a rider, Jennifer Hohl will fit perfectly into the team."
