The 24th edition of the Commonwealth Games will take place on the Gold Coast Australia and once again features three disciplines of cycling: Road, Track and Mountain bike. The Anna Meares Velodrome hosts the track events in Chandler, while the mountain bike events take place in Nerang.

The road race and time trial events start and finish at Currumbin Beachfront, taking in the hinterlands of the Gold Coast.

Of the road race and time trial gold medallists from Glasgow, women's time trial winner Linda Villumsen (New Zealand) is the only rider to defend their title on the Gold Coast.

The track events will open the cycling programme from 5-8 April, followed by the 10 April time trials, the mountain bike two day's later and concludes with the 14 April road races.
