Juliette Berthet (FDJ United-SUEZ) was the fastest of a group of three that contested the stage 3 victory at the Faun Tour Femmes.
The Frenchwoman took her second stage win in as many days, ahead of rival runner-up Niamh Fisher-Black (Lidl-Trek), while her FDJ United-SUEZ teammate Lauren Dickson finished third in Tournon-sur-Rhône.
Berthet's victory launched her into the overall race lead with just one day of racing remaining on Sunday. She now leads the overall classification, tied on time with overnight leader Fisher-Black, and 28 seconds ahead of Dickson.
The third stage of the Faun Tour Femmes offered the peloton a 120km race in Tournon-sur-Rhône that included three main climbs: twice over the Côte de Colombier le Vieux and a final climb over Côte de Lemps.
