Luca Paolini (Quick.Step) has had to pull out of Tirreno-Adriatic, which starts today in Civitavecchia. Paolini is suffering from an inflamed right knee, noticing it for the first time during the GP Lugano 10 days ago. He will undergo physiotherapy this week, and will not race.
