Thomas Dekker won the Tour de Romandie despite a hip problem, which sent him to the hospital this week.

Examinations showed the irritation was caused by a length difference in his legs. "I know having supports in my shoes that will stabilize my hip," said the 22-year-old Rabobank rider.
