Biography:
Kate Courtney is a multidiscipline athlete who excelled in cross-country mountain bike before signing for WorldTour team FDJ United-Suez in 2026. She is a two-time mountain bike world champion in XCO (2018) and marathon (2025), as well as the XC World Cup overall champion in 2019 with three individual wins to her name. She also won Cape Epic in 2018.
In June 2026, she took the United States national road race title, and then announced a move to FDJ with immediate effect shortly after, making her pro racing debut for the team in July.
