Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig is a Danish pro road cyclist who excels on stage races. She signed with the FDJ-SUEZ-Futuroscope programme in 2020 as a team leader, known for her positive attitude as much as her climbing aptitude. In 2022 she earned a signature victory for her French WorldTour team on stage 3 of the Tour de France Femmes.
She began her road career in 2017 riding for Cervelo Bigla Pro Cycling Team, a year after winning the road race at Danish Nationals as a 21 year old. She had podiums at Trofeo Alfredo Binda (2017, 2019, 2021), La Course by Le Tour de France (2019, 2021) and La Flèche Wallonne Féminine (2020). Her first WorldTour victory came in 2021 on stage 3 of the Vuelta a Burgos on an uphill sprint finish. Later that year she finished 10th in the road race in her first Olympic Games.
