Lance Armstrong will not be racing in the Circuit de la Sarthe from April 7-10 contrary to reports on Saturday, the same day organizers presented the 57th edition of the French stage race.
"Lance Armstrong is not participating in the Circuit de la Sarthe - Pays de la Loire... . Astana Cycling Team will confirm Lance Armstrong's schedule when it's finalized," said Astana spokesman Philippe Maertens.
