Last Sunday, Spanish racer Eneritz Iturriaga (Menikini Selle Itallia Gysko) fell during the time trial to Losanna and fractured her left collarbone. She underwent an operation a few days ago in Bilbao to repair the fracture. The intervention appeared successful, and the next few days will help determine how long Iturriaga will need before returning to competition.
