Luxembourg squad Astana will be missing two important riders, with Tomas Vaitkus unable to compete due to a viral infection while Australian rider Aaron Kemps is suffering from tendinitis in his right knee.
The Belgian race commences today with a stage from Kortrijk to Bellegem and runs through to Sunday, where the event will conclude in Ichtegem.
