Speedsters will get a chance to see just how fast they can go on the NASCAR track at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina - on a bike. The Carolina Cycling Time Trial Association invites racers and non racers to participate in any of 45 categories in their 2008 Time Trial Series.
