Italian team Acqua & Sapone signed Vladimir Miholjevic and renewed Giuseppe Palumbo's contract for 2010, according to Tuttobiciweb.
Croatia's Miholjevic, 35, has been a professional since 2002 with Italian teams Alessio and then Liquigas. He turned professional in 1998 with home team Krka - Telekom Slovenije.
Miholjevic helped Liquigas secure third overall for Franco Pellizotti and fifth for Ivan Basso at this year's Giro d'Italia.
Italy's Palumbo, 34, has ridden for Palmiro Masciarelli's Acqua & Sapone team since 2004. He won a stage of the Tour de Wallonie in 2007.
This year, he helped teammate Stefano Garzelli win the mountains classification at the Giro d'Italia, placed second in Tour of Turkey stage three and third in Méditerranéen Tour stage five.
