The inaugural edition of the Abu Dhabi Tour has attracted the top talent from the European peloton, with World Champion Peter Sagan, Vuelta a Espana winner Fabio Aru, his teammate and Il Lombardia winner Vincenzo Nibali and WorldTour overall winner Alejandro Valverde among the starters.
The four-stage, 555km-long event brings down the curtain on the 2015 road season for the most part, with three flat stages for the sprinters and one day for the climbers.
