Caisse d'Epargne will send a strong team to the Vuelta a Castilla y León, starting on Monday, March 26. Under the direction of the José Luis Jaimerena it will field current French champion Florent Brard, Russian Vladimir Karpets, veterans José Vicente Garcia, Joan Horrach and Constantino Zaballa, newcomer Alberto Losada, young Basque hope David López García and Tour de France runner-up Oscar Pereiro.
