It's a sprinters' show as always on the final stage at the 2007 Giro d'Italia that leaves from the small town of Vestone in Val Trompia north of Brescia, then heads west across the Lombardy plain to Milano, where the final 10 finishing circuits will end in a dramatic sprinters' finale on Corso Venezia.
