Enric Mas (Movistar) sealed the victory at the 2026 Vuelta a España after successfully defending his race lead on the final mountain stage 20 atop Collado del Alguacil and riding into Granada on stage 21, surrounded by his Movistar teammates in celebration of their success across the three-week Grand Tour.
There were no major changes to the top-10 on the final day of racing, which saw Tobias Halland Johannessen (Uno-X Mobility) claim the stage 21 victory from a breakaway.
Mas carried the leader's jersey into stage 21, winning the title by 2:15 ahead of runner-up Primož Roglič (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe) and 2:44 ahead of third-placed Felix Gall (Decathlon CMA CGM).
Richard Carapaz (EF Education-EasyPost) finished fourth, 6:54 back. Sepp Kuss (Visma-Lease a Bike) finished fifth overall at 8:44 back.
Behind him, Oscar Onley (Netcompany Ineos) finished in sixth place at 9:28, and Jakob Omrzel (Bahrain Victorious) in seventh at 10:38.
Clement Berthet (Groupama-FDJ United) ended the Grand Tour in eighth at 11:41, and Cristian Rodriguez (XDS Astana) in ninth at 11:49.
Harold Tejada (XDS Astana), who was part of the day's breakaway, gained time but remained in tenth overall at 12:51.
