VDB breaks forearm

Frank Vandenbroucke crashed in the first stage of the French Tour de Picardie and broke the radius bone of his left forearm. The MrBookmaker rider was riding beside his team car during the race and bumped into it in a when he moved to the right. The Belgian, whose left knee was also damaged in the fall, will have his arm plastered for about two or three weeks.
