Riders eyeing Worlds line-up in Quebec
After a successful debut edition, the Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec returns for it's second year, hoping to further establish itself on the WorldTour calendar. Riders will be using Québec, and Sunday's race in Montreal as important form guages for the UCI World Championships in Copenhagen. Though Andy Schleck won't be racing, Philippe Gilbert, Simon Gerrans, Samuel Sanchez, Chris Horner and Damiano Cunego will all be in attendance for the September 9 roll-out.
