Hungry for stage wins

The team brought in seven new riders for 2011 and is the only French team registered in the UCI World Tour. It will be led by Nicolas Roche, who has tamed his attacking _lair to be a strong grand tour rider. The Irishman will share team leadership with Jean-Christophe Péraud, who turned professional with Omega Pharma-Lotto last year. Péraud will hunt stage wins or the mountains classification at his first grand tour in 2011.

Veterans such as Christophe Riblon – who won a Tour stage last year – and Rinaldo Nocentini will guide young talent Loubet, Kadri and Bonnafond, the latter hoping to secure a berth in the team’s guaranteed Tour de France slot. The squad’s success will largely be defined by its performance at the Tour de France, so expect to see riders such as Cyril Dessel going ror breaks and stage wins.
