Internal gearbox systems
have injected new life into single-pivot designs. Single-pivot frames work great from a suspension perspective but often make compromises in terms of pedaling feedback. Internal gearbox systems realign the chain torque line at the main pivot and eliminate the pedaling input from the suspension.
