More carnage makes for sore dwarfs

Hi All,

What a week it has been! It has been a Battle/War of injuries and sickness in the house. We all went into battle with full protection, thanks to Briko. We strapped our new helmets on, put on the glasses, and went in head first. Some came out worse then others, but we will all live. The house of dwarfs will fight on another day! Hi-Ho, Hi-Ho, it's on the the bike we go! The team went south and north for racing on the weekend. I went north to Ronde van Noord Holland. The team was in good spirits and ready to get some strong results on the board after below average results in the first couple of races! Again we had a good feed at the Motel, some making pigs of themselves - they just won't learn! I roomed with Jugs (Daniel) and Tom; many funny moments with these two, especially the Pom Tom, who loves to tell a joke or two.

The race started pretty well for all; we had a plan to fire each other up during the race - if we were too far back in the pack our teammate would nicely ask us to move forward! (hahaha). This was working very well. We were warned about the narrow roads that run along the dykes (river/canal). They where right; very narrow and dangerous. Thats right! You guessed it...we went down like a seagull on a hot chip! The worst thing was we were all very close together. Two blokes went down in front of me and I went down with them. Cody and Jugs were on my wheel - not a pretty crash! I slid along the road, leaving freckles everywhere, went to get up quick to get away from the carnage to follow, but was attacked by a 53 chainring. Now I have a real cool nine-tooth chainring tattoo on my leg!

Cody was dinged up good as well, skin off down his right side. Jugs wasn't hurt, but by the time he got back on his bike they were gone! We love the crashes. Tom was still in the game, flying the UK flag high; he did well and finished. At the end of the day there was a few sorry heads, but you get that! Again we have many good photos of the blood and injuries, but computer problems still exist in the house. Poor McFry has had enough of everyone asking for the computer. We don't see him much anymore - he just stays up in his room.

Good news is that all previous injuries are on the repair. That will about do it for this time, one of the other boys will report on the race in Swiss Alps! Darwin's theory applies in the house "only the strong/fit will SURVIVE"

Bye Bye Now,

Kane MUNGE Oakley
