Finding the zone

Hey everyone,

Hope it's not to hot at home 'cause it's a nice -2 degrees today! My flight over sucked; I forgot how long it was going to be. I think I was in the air for about 24 hours and in transit for about 10 hours... it nearly killed me.

Did around five hours' today... it felt like I did 200km. We also did our first race yesterday: it was a 110km kermis; it felt like I had my lungs ripped out but I finished it on my seven year-old, nine speed Eddy Merckx.

Our team bikes should be here during the week, because we have a big race next Saturday, Harelbeke [UCI] 1.2: 160km on all the cobbled climbs - it's going to be a tough one but I'm looking forward to it.

I'm still trying to get into the time codes. I'll send some photos as soon as I learn how to download and send them. I hope everyone is well and look forward to hearing from youse.

Dan
