Dicky knee

Hi all,

Well, my knee is still not great. Has been over a week since the crash and the initial prognosis of a bad knock has been cast aside and replaced with a severe strain of my left MCL (medial cruciate ligament).

No rupture, and everything else is intact, but it does mean another one to two weeks of soft pedalling around here, and more than likely missing another race this weekend. Already missed Duren on Sunday which was a race I was targeting, and the race this Sunday in Berne, Switzerland, was another on my list. Such is life I guess.

In other news, Leigh's collarbone is recovering well and he's doing some decent training rides on the ergo, staring at the same old wall. He always seems to keep a positive outlook on things, never letting circumstances get him down too much, which is good, as it rubs off on me. Snow White has left Belgium and the dwarf that she ran off with has returned - the girl at our new favourite coffee shop just keeps getting better and better.

Till next time,

Cheers,

Cameron
