Date range:
September 22-29, 2013

UCI World Championships 2013

Taking place in Florence, Italy, the UCI Road World Championships will be held from September 22-29. The racing begins with the team time trial and culminates with the men's elite road race on the final Sunday.

Back on Italian soil for the first time since Varese in 2008, the Worlds will pit some of the best riders on the planet against each other.

With Tony Martin (Germany), Fabian Cancellara (Switzerland) and Bradley Wiggins (Great Britain) set to square off in the men's individual time trial and Vincenzo Nibali leading the home challenge against the likes of Joaquim Rodriguez (Spain) and Tour de France champion Chris Froome (Great Britain) in the road race, the week promises exciting racing throughout.
