Stage 21 - Sunday, June 1: Cesano Maderno - Milano (Individual Time Trial), 28.5km

Who will be the next rider since Miguel Indurain in 1992, to win the last stage held as a time trial, while also taking out the overall? The Spaniard, winner of five editions of the Tour de France, dominated that year's Giro and returned in 1993 to take his second of two wins.

The 28.5-kilometres parcours will favour a power time trialist as it dead flat. The stage has the potential to keep the maglia rosa up for grabs until the last rider rolls across the line on Milano's Porta Vittoria. (GB)
