Chris Boardman previews the first five stages of the Tour
In just over two weeks 198 riders will take to the Tour de France start line in Leeds on July 5. It is the first time since 2007 that the Tour de France has visited Great Britain and the first ever time it has been to Yorkshire.
From there, the peloton will head south and back into France where the riders must face the fearful cobbles. Week three of the Tour takes the riders through the race defining Pyrenees, before the finish in Paris.
As ever, Cyclingnews and BikeRadar have teamed up with Chris Boardman to bring you all you need to know about the 21 stages of the Tour de France. Click here for the first five stage previews.
