His Davitamon Lotto team, which yesterday announced that Van Bon would not ride the Tour, now says he will start the Ster Elektrotoer today after a check-up at the team's training center at Mensana. During the Ster Elektrotoer the team will evaluate Van Bon's Tour de France selection.
