"Switzerland has a lot of great women cyclist especially in the time trial, the early selection is good for Priska and Karin, now they can have the focus on the preparation for the games. I'm sure that both of them will make top results."

In the women's time trial race on 13th of August 2008 will be on the start for Switzerland the two times Olympic starter from 2000 and 2004 Priska Doppmann and as well the bronze medallist from 2004 Karin Thürig.
