Manolo Saiz has made a last minute change to Liberty Seguros-Würth's team roster for Milan-San Remo on Saturday. Luis León Sánchez, who rode well in the recent Paris-Nice, will replace Isidro Nozal, who finished Tirreno-Adriatico with the 'flu. The team will be completed by Alexander Vinokourov, Allan Davis, Andrey Kashechkin, Jörg Jaksche, Giampaolo Caruso, Ángel Vicioso and Jose Joaquín Rojas. They met up with each other today in Milan, and tomorrow they will do their last training before the first big spring classic.
