Moncoutié, winner of a stage in the last Tour de France, should enjoy the inclusion of La Bourboule, the first climb of over 1,000m that has been used in the race. In addition to Moncoutié, Christophe Mengin (Francaise des Jeux) and Hans Dekkers (Rabobank) are tipped to do well in the four-day, 700 km race, which is suited to an all rounder.
