Di Luca out of M-SR

Liquigas counts on Garzelli, Pellizotti, Paolini and Nibali

Still suffering from the granuloma that was tormenting him during Tirreno-Adriatico, defending ProTour champion Danilo Di Luca has been forced out of the ProTour's first one-day race of the year, Milano-Sanremo. Doctors had to make an incision in the left superior dental arch, and Di Luca will require antibiotics for another five days.
