The Bart Brentjens Challenge in the Netherlands will wrap up the racing season for many racers on Sunday, October 12. In addition, the race will served as the last unofficial race of mountain bike legend Bart Brentjens of the Dolphin Trek team.
Brentjens, who turns 40 years-old this week, won gold in the 1996 Olympic Games and bronze at the 2004 Olympic Games. He was also the 1995 World Champion in cross country.
